Business Management Unified
Solution Note
OZONECO-2026-001

No Quotation Included
A corporate solution note for centralizing Ozoneco online sales, inventory, dispatch, returns, dead stock control and BUSY integration. This document intentionally excludes commercial quotation and prototype links.
Based on the client discussion, Ozoneco sells through its website and multiple marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and AJIO. The client also uses BUSY and needs a centralized management base for orders, inventory, returns, dispatch, leads and overall business control.
DaaSu will act as the centralized business control room.
Marketplaces may still handle their own shipping and seller panels, but DaaSu will consolidate operational visibility, workflow, responsibilities, alerts and reports in one place.
Orders are spread across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, AJIO, website and possible direct channels. No single view of total business.
Inventory can become mismatched across platforms, causing cancellation, delayed dispatch or overselling issues.
Wrong product, damaged product or another seller's product may come back in return / RTO flow without verification.
Old stock remains unnoticed and can become slow-moving, dead stock or damaged before any action is taken.
BUSY is used for accounting / business records, but online sales data does not flow into it automatically. Manual reconciliation creates delay and error risk.
| Area | Observed / Researched Point | DaaSu Implication |
|---|---|---|
| Ozoneco Website | The website shows product categories and apparel items such as sweatshirts, polos, round neck products, shirts and bottom wear. The site is powered by Shopify and includes track-order / return-centre links. | Website enquiry/order data can be connected to DaaSu. Shopify/website product catalogue and return workflows should be assessed during technical discovery. |
| Amazon | Amazon SP-API is a REST-based API for seller data such as orders, shipments, payments and more. | Amazon orders, shipments, reports and settlement data can be integrated after seller authorization. |
| Flipkart | Flipkart Seller APIs allow seller applications to access marketplace data, search orders, print labels/invoices and manage order life cycle. | Flipkart order, label, invoice, shipment and return lifecycle can be centralized in DaaSu. |
| Meesho | Meesho Supplier Panel manages products, inventory, orders and payments. Public connector documentation indicates API availability may be evolving and some details may remain panel-dependent. | Meesho integration should be planned with a fallback: seller panel/API/connector or CSV/email import bridge until direct API access is confirmed. |
| BUSY | BUSY does not typically provide a public REST API out of the box; third-party API layers can expose customers, invoices, products, stock and ledgers. | BUSY integration should be verified by version, database access and API/export method before final commitment. |
DaaSu will combine marketplace order visibility, SKU discipline, inventory control, returns verification and accounting connectivity into one operational suite for online sellers.

Delivery / RTO
Reports / BUSY
All marketplace and website orders in one queue with channel, SKU, customer, dispatch and return status.
Internal SKU mapped with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, AJIO and website SKUs, including color, size, style, batch and category.
Opening, inward, sold, reserved, returned, damaged and available stock in one stock ledger.
Packing, label/invoice readiness, pickup status and delayed dispatch visibility.
Return is not added directly to stock. It passes order/SKU/barcode/photo/condition verification first.
60/90/180-day stock ageing alerts for slow-moving and dead stock action.
Invoice/export/sales/stock/payment integration depending on BUSY version and available API/export method.
Channel-wise sales, pending dispatch, returns, return loss, stock ageing and profit-estimate reports.
DaaSu delivers full automation as the end goal, implemented through a proven phased approach. You get immediate operational control and visibility from day one, with deeper marketplace automation added progressively.

A structured rollout designed to deliver value at every stage. Each phase builds on the previous one, ensuring your team is comfortable and productive before advancing.
| Phase | Timeline | Work | Output |
|---|---|---|---|
| Phase 0: Discovery | 2-4 working days | Collect SKU file, order volume, seller-panel access details, BUSY version, return process and website access. | Final scope, data map and integration checklist. |
| Phase 1: Demo / Prototype Review | 1 meeting | Show central dashboard, inventory, return QC, dead stock and BUSY sync concept with sample data. | Client approval on workflow and commercial discussion readiness. |
| Phase 2: Core Setup | 2-4 weeks | SKU master, inventory ledger, return QC, dead stock alert, task workflow, website/CSV imports. | Operational control system with structured data. |
| Phase 3: Marketplace Connectors | 3-8 weeks | Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, AJIO connectors or approved fallback. | Automated order/inventory/return sync based on access. |
| Phase 4: Enterprise Automation | Ongoing | BUSY deeper sync, settlement reports, advanced dashboard, AI insights and custom workflow. | Complete seller control room. |
Expected operational improvements based on automation of manual checking, duplicate entry, stock reconciliation and return verification. Actual results scale with your order volume, data quality and team adoption.
| Impact Area | Expected Improvement | How DaaSu Creates It |
|---|---|---|
| Owner Visibility | Single dashboard instead of multiple seller panels. | Central order queue, stock alerts, return queue and reports. |
| Manual Checking Time | Indicative 40-60% reduction in daily status checking after adoption. | Marketplace status, pending dispatch, return and low stock are consolidated. |
| Resource Saving | Potential saving of 1-3 back-office hours/day initially; higher if order volume is high. | Less repeated panel checking, manual Excel updates and follow-up chasing. |
| Return Loss Control | Better claim evidence and wrong-return detection. | Return QC, photo proof, SKU match and decision logs. |
| Dead Stock Control | Slow stock identified before it becomes invisible loss. | Ageing report, last sale date and clearance task creation. |
| Professional Control | More confidence, faster decisions and stronger team accountability. | Role-wise tasks, DaaSu Score, DaaSu AI and department dashboards. |
Note: This document is not a commercial quotation. Pricing will be shared after the demo, data review and integration access confirmation.
Recommended demo duration: 30-45 minutes. The goal is to confirm the exact workflow and show how DaaSu will centralize the business without forcing the client to change every existing system on day one.
Our Commitment
"DaaSu will not replace your marketplace panels — it will centralize their important operational data, team responsibilities and reporting so that your entire online sales business can be monitored, managed and grown from one powerful control room."
Every Day Without Visibility Costs Money
Missed dispatches, undetected wrong returns and dead stock sitting in your warehouse — these invisible losses compound daily.
Your Business is Growing — Your Systems Should Too
Managing 5 platforms manually works at small scale. As order volume grows, the gap between effort and control widens exponentially.
Return Fraud Protection Starts with Process
Without QC verification, wrong products silently enter your inventory. A structured return flow protects your margins from day one.
Quick Start — See Results in Weeks, Not Months
Phase 1 delivers a working control room within 2-4 weeks. You do not need to wait for full automation to start benefiting.
